50 (or so) ring dips and pull ups. man my shoulder hurts. its really bothering me. i mean really.

WOD 090624 -- squat cleans

I finished in about 12 minutes with long breaks.
My systolic BP was up @ 130 today before I worked out. I need to keep hitting the gym to control my stress levels.

Rugby practice 090618
Went to rugby practice with the Huns in advance of touch league. Worked on some passing and light touch.
WOD 090618 -- 50/50 DL/PU
I ran 1 8 min mile then did 50 push ups and 50 dead lifts with 135 lbs. I'm easing back into it.

I ran 3 miles in 29:30.
Didn't pull my hammy. Maybe next time. ;)
