WOD -- 090331 little linda (135)

Little Linda:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
  • dead lift
  • front squat
  • push press
with 135 lbs. I also did 10 1 rep sets of cleans between the DL and FS sets.

28 minutes.
