WOD 090415 -- Helen

Three rounds for time:
  • Run 400 meters
  • 1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
  • 12 Pull-ups
This was my 1st workout after the gruesome injury so I went light.

Three rounds of:
  • Run 400 meters (10 min. mile pace)
  • 21 35 lbs dumb bell swings
  • 12 Pull-ups

Glad you are back in the saddle! Take it slow and don't agravate the injury.
