Warm up:
> 100 double unders
> 50 KB swings, 35 lbs
20 min AMRAP:
> 3 bench press (185 lbs)
> 6 ring rows
> 12 double unders
10 rounds + 1 BP
Great workout. Ring rows became difficult and double unders became easier as the workout progressed.
