7 rounds of:
- max pull ups
- 1 x standing press
I don;t have a rack at work so I had to clean all the weights before I pressed them. So the workout became 7 x 1 rep of clean and press.
My results:
- 15, 10, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8
- 155, 155, 165, 165, 165, 175, 175
I felt pretty good.
