WOD 100121 Pull ups, clean & press

7 rounds of:
  • max pull ups
  • 1 x standing press
I don;t have a rack at work so I had to clean all the weights before I pressed them. So the workout became 7 x 1 rep of clean and press.

My results:
  • 15, 10, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8
  • 155, 155, 165, 165, 165, 175, 175
I felt pretty good.
