3 x bench press
I'm just coming back from a stomach bug.
My results:

I also added 3 rounds of:
5 pistols each side
strict chin ups (10-8-8)
close grip bench 135 x 8, 135 x 8, 135 x 10
I'm going to start doing a little more.
