Warmed up
3 rounds of:
> 10 rotations
> 10 arm circles
> 10 squats
> 10 push ups
5 rounds of:
> bench press, 225lbs
> strict pull ups
Results:
> 3, 3, 2, 2, 2
> 12, 10, 6, 6, 5
Everything felt much harder than I expected. So much for time off!
