Today I volunteered at the Fight Gone Bad fundraiser at the Long Center. It was pretty inspirational.

50 KB swings, 16 KG
50 KB clean and press, 16 KG
50 KB dead lift high pull, 16 KG

50 KB clean and press, 28 KG
