Today I volunteered at the Fight Gone Bad fundraiser at the Long Center. It was pretty inspirational.

  • 50 KB swings, 16 KG
  • 50 KB clean and press, 16 KG
  • 50 KB dead lift high pull, 16 KG

  • 50 KB clean and press, 28 KG
