  • Press 5x3 155lbs
I also did a muscle-up progression --

3 rounds of:
  • ~5 false grip pulls to assisted muscle up, toes on floor
  • ~5 ring dips
  • ~5 false grip ring rows
I need to improve my grip strength, ab strength, and technique to have any hope of muscle ups.
