Results: CF Total, 5K, Grace, Lynne

These are my recorded times since I started. There are some dips related to rugby injuries, etc. I'm showing improvement across the board except I'm still coming back for Lynne.

My strength and endurance have increased and my metabolic conditioning has really increased. Plus, I am 6 lbs lighter, my blood pressure is now normal (was pre-hypertensive), and I am more defined.

My Lynne more than doubled before hurt my shoulder playing rugby. My most recent score (98) was only 4 rounds with back squat mixed in. I probably would've tacked on another 20 reps or so.
