WOD 091001 -- Helen

Make up for 090930.

"Helen"

Three rounds for time:
  • Run 400 meters
  • 1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
  • 12 Pull-ups

As Rx'd. My stopwatch reset after round two. My round 3 time was 4:49, but it was by far my longest round. I guess I finished in ~12 minutes.

On the treadmill, my 1st 400 was at 5:00 min/mile pace. My 2nd and 3rd were at 6:00.
