I didn't have the intensity I was hoping for today, but I did hit the weights.

100 sit ups (unbroken)

3 rounds of:
  • 10 KB swings (35 lbs)
  • 10 KB clean and press (35 lbs)
  • 10 KB snatch (35 lbs)
21-15-9:
  • DL 185 lbs
  • KB swings 62 lbs
