SFG WOD 101129 -- squat

First workout back after a prolonged layoff. Over the Thanksgiving break I played rugby in Cancun with Atlantis and rested. I didn't food/sleep journal, nada. I'm going to continue the journaling break until 2011 when I will pick it up again. I will track PRs, but thats it.

Warm up included:
  • 30 push ups
  • 30 squats
  • 30 sit ups
  • 30 pull ups
Workout:

Back squat:
  • 10 x 135, 10 x 185, 5 x 225, 5 x 275, 3 x 295, 1 x 315, 1 x 335
I experimented with a lower bar position. It felt good. I will reach a new PR soon.

We finished with:
  • 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 KB swings at 53 lbs
