SFG WOD 100811 -- OHS

I'm still not sleeping.

Short warm up, and then:

4 rounds of 20' hand stand walks

5 rounds of 3 overhead squats
  • 115, 135, 135, 145, 155 (PR)
This is the first time I felt good about overhead squats. I need to keep hammering them. Body weight OHS are not far off.
