Three rounds of:

  • Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
  • Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
  • Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
  • Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
  • Row (Calories)
I subbed machine row for row since my gym doesn't have a rower. I got a 264 I believe. This was my last workout of 2008. I also used a 10 lbs med ball for the same reason.
