WOD 100719 -- shoulders

My gym is closed today so I exercised at work.

Warm up:

3 rounds of:
  • 15 OHS / 20 rotations / 30 push ups
  • Buegener warm up
  • 2 x 35 lbs DB farmer / suitcase / overhead carry, 20'
  • dynamic warm up
I jogged .5 miles on the treadmill at an 8 minute pace but my shins started aching so I stopped. I haven't run in the Dravens yet, and I'm not used to it.

5 rounds of standing shoulder press:
  1. 135 x 5
  2. 155 x 3
  3. 155 x 3
  4. 155 x 3
  5. 155 x 3
I ended with 10 Turkish get ups, 55 lbs DB. 5 right hand. 5 left hand.
