warmed up ... 3 rounds of:
  • 15 10 lbs OHS
  • 20 rotations
  • 30 push ups
2 rounds of:
  • 2 x 35 lbs DM carry, suitcase, chest, over head
  • dynamic warm up
5 rounds of:
  • 5 dead lift (225 lbs)
  • 10 burpees
5 rounds of:
  • 5 hang pull ups
  • 5 hand stand push ups
