Dynamic warm up, and then:
- Tabata push ups -- 8x30 second rounds) 7 with CF games standard of lifting hands between reps
- 21 double unders
- 10 KB lunges, 2 x 53 lbs
This was a lot of weak point training. I haven't done double unders in 3 months and lunges always give me trouble.

dude, your warm-up is a workout! Nice job! I thought you trained at SicFit. Why back at CF Central?
Also, Jaime and i just signed up at Defiant Crossfit in Pflugerville. I start Monday morning at 6:00!!!!
