SFG WOD 101004 -- squat + 2 short metcons

I took about 10 days off to rest my left heel cord and right shoulder. It was 50 degrees when I hit the gym at 5:30AM today. This was take getting used to.

Squat
  • 10 x 135, 10 x 155, 6 x 185, 4 x 225, 3 x 225, 3 x 235, 3 x 235, 3 x 235, 3 x 235
Rock bottom, these felt good.

15-10-5:
  • box jumps
  • push jerk (135 lbs)
  • KB swings (24 kg)

  • dead lift (225)
  • KB snatch (24 kg)

The second WOD nailed me. It took me 15 minutes to recover. So much for taking time off to rest.
