SFG WOD 101018 -- squat, pull ups, sled pulls

Our warmup included one leg squats and one arm push ups.

Workout:
  • Back 20 x 40%,
  • 10 strict pull ups
  • Back 15 x 50%
  • 10 strict pull ups
  • Back squat 10 x 60%
  • 10 strict pull ups
  • Back squat 5 x 70%
  • 10 strict pull ups
All sets unbroken. 10 burpee penalty for coming off the bar.

My results:
  • 135 x 20
  • 10 pull ups
  • 175 x 15
  • 10 pull ups
  • 205 x 10
  • 10 pull ups
  • 235 x 5
  • 8 pull ups
  • 10 burpees
  • 2 pull ups
10 x 30m (there and back) sled drag, 205 lbs.

My legs feel like jello.
