- 3 20lb wall ball, 13 burpee box jumps, 24" box
- 5 20lb wall ball, 11 burpee box jumps, 24" box
- 7 20lb wall ball, 9 burpee box jumps, 24" box
- 9 20lb wall ball, 7 burpee box jumps, 24" box
- 11 20lb wall ball, 5 burpee box jumps, 24" box
- 13 20lb wall ball, 3 burpee box jumps, 24" box
- 15 20lb wall ball, 1 burpee box jumps, 24" box
- 315 x 1, 315 x 1, 335 x 1, 355 x 1, 315 x 1
- DNF, 15 wall balls and 1 BBJ to go.
The good news is that I did much more work than I would've on my own. Plus, I'm happy whenever we do strength training at CC. Hopefully my next heavy DL won't be sucha shock to the system.
