JJ 100415 -- half guard passes
we really repped out 4 half guard passes today.
under hook, cradle far leg, to kick leg free, needle through
under hook, head post, tripod, shake leg free
under hook, reverse head position, to hip, needle through
relson pass, drop to arms around hips, low pass, straight leg free
then we rolled a bit. i felt rusty.
