WOD 080928

Sunday's workout was a make up for Saturday.

CF WOD 080927:
  • Four rounds for time of:
    • Run 400 meter
    • 50 Squats
I did not keep time but I didn't stop and rest either. I'd say my 400 times were in the 2 minute range. This one was a nice quad burner.
