Happy New Year! L'Shana Tovah!

My inaugural workout for the Jewish new year:
  • 4 rounds for time of:
    • 25 dead lift 135 lbs
    • 25 push ups
    • 25 box jumps (24")
My time: 26 min. I did a lot of resting between rounds.
