CC WOD 100528 -- GHD, DL, squat

This one wasn't too bad. An equipment bottleneck kept everyone at pretty much the same pace.

Happy to see solid hammy work.

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
  • 5 dead lifts (225)
  • 10 GHD sit ups
  • 15 squats
7 rounds as rxd.
