in 20 minutes:
- 150 KB swings (55 lbs)
- 150 sumo dead lift high pull (55 lbs)
- 150 sprawls
- 150 squats
- 150 push press (2 x 40 lbs DBs)
My partner was one of the trainer's dads. He was probably between 55 and 60 years olf, but he worked hard. He scaled to 30 lbs for the DB push press.
Our results:
622, but I think I wrote 610 on the board. Oh well.
