CC WOD 100326 -- power clean, front squat, dead lift

7 rounds of:
  • 3 power cleans
  • 5 front squats
  • 7 dead lifts
Rx'd: 165 lbs

I went with 155 lbs and finished 1st in my class at 10:44. Everyone else went lighter except one guy who went with 155 and DNF.
