SFG 100618 -- rings, OHS

warm up.

I took it easy on the legs today to prep for Bloodfest.

3 rounds of:
  • 40' sled drag, 175 lbs
  • 10 OHS, 45 lbs
3 rounds of:
  • 10 KB clean and press, 2 x 44 lbs
  • 10 ring dips
  • 10 40i sled drag, 175 lbs
