warm up.
I took it easy on the legs today to prep for Bloodfest.
3 rounds of:
40' sled drag, 175 lbs
10 OHS, 45 lbs
3 rounds of:
10 KB clean and press, 2 x 44 lbs
10 ring dips
10 40i sled drag, 175 lbs
