My DL improved by 60 lbs and my SP improved by 40. We hammered those lifts in CC class. Back squat suffered a10 lbs set back but this time I used a med ball to mark all the way down.
The 335 Dl felt easy. I think I'll continue to improve there!

Good improvement!!!! Especially on deadlift! When we first tested 1 rep max for those three lifts, I had you by 120 lbs. Now the gap is only 40 lbs, using you current total and my last total.
This is great incentive for me to test again soon. Maybe 3 more weeks.
I'm pretty sure my DL and Squat have come up a good bit, but I bet my standing press has stalled.
you also outweight me by 15-20 lbs. ;)
